Phoebe has completed undergraduate and post-graduate degree in psychology. She is registered under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Phoebe has worked in the NDIS sector with people presented with disabilities and mental health issues such as PTSD, Schizophrenia, Autism, Depression, and Anxiety.
She believes no matter how much life seems miserable, it would not be beyond what you can bear.
Utilizing an evidence-based approach, such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy, Phoebe endeavours to workalongside with individuals to explore their potentials, to be able to live in the present moment.
Phoebe can communicate fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
