I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with varying challenges. I have a particular interest in helping people find directions in life that would improve their life quality.

I also enjoy working with people experiencing depression, anger, anxiety, work stress, and relationship issues. I began in this field with a curiosity about why each of us act, think, and feel differently, and how this shapes the way we live and experience life.

I seek to provide a tailored service to each client. Therapy generally involves collaboration between the client and myself to develop a plan that addresses key challenges the client is currently facing in life.

The focus of therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space that is outside of your immediate life experiences. Using this space, we will work toward the goals you decide. Past clients have found sessions challenging but rewarding, and you can expect take home tasks and skills to further the therapeutic experience.

Change in our lives can be challenging and rewarding. Therapy gives you the tools to live a more fulfilling life, with fewer barriers created by the noise of your thoughts and feelings.
