Jessica is a registered psychologist with experience working in private counselling, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, psychological support in corporate settings, and occupational rehabilitation for mental injuries.

Jessica provides a professional and confidential counselling service, where she creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to discuss and explore their challenges. 

Jessica aims to assist clients by providing education, developing insight and understanding, as well as supporting clients to develop strategies and tools which they can implement throughout their lives. Jessica focuses on building rapport and empowering clients to develop skills and confidence to manage challenges outside of the counselling environment. 

Jessica incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy.
