With a background in the performing arts, Odette has long been curious about human behaviour and is passionate about understanding the unique stories that shape people’s lives. She provides a warm, safe space where clients can develop self-compassion, insight, and practical skills to support wellbeing, meaning, and connection.
Odette has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, and has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, and addictive behaviours. She particularly enjoys working with adults and helping parents strengthen attachment, improve communication, and implement strategies that promote positive behaviour change.
Odette’s work is grounded in Humanistic Psychology. She takes a client-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, using evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques. She aims to complete training in Trauma-Focussed CBT and Mentalisation-Based Treatment to support clients with PTSD, C-PTSD and personality disorders.
