Nina Keller
Psychologist

Nina is a Registered Psychologist with experience working in private counselling, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, and psychological support in a corporate setting and in a forensic setting.
Nina’s focus is to provide a confidential and safe space for her clients in order for clients to feel comfortable in exploring their challenges. Nina values a client-centred approach to her sessions. Nina aims to assist clients by providing psychoeducation, developing insight and understanding, as well as assisting with the development of suitable strategies to assist with mental health concerns. Nina focuses on building rapport with her clients and assisting clients to have an understanding of their own behaviours and how they can best be managed outside of the counselling context.
Nina has worked in both the public and private sectors and has experience in providing individual, couple and group-based interventions. Nina incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused interventions, exposure therapy and relationship counselling.
Her areas of interest include; relationship issues, stress management, anxiety, assertiveness and communication, conflict resolution, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence, and trauma.
